Sip & Saute at the New York Kitchen

Sip & Sauté, a wonderful way to unwind from the work week! Your experience will begin in the Wine Spectator Theater at New York Kitchen where you will enjoy a mini-flight of three beers from our co-host brewery Young Lion Brewing Co. While enjoying a light appetizer, you will have an intimate opportunity to learn more about the beers, and chat with a representative from Young Lion, located in Canandaigua.
Once you’ve had a chance to sip and nibble, the Chef Instructor will welcome you to the Hands-On Kitchen where you will review the recipes and then get cooking!
